DID YOU MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER? No need to panic. An automatic invoice is kicked out every time you fill in the form and get to the check out page. If you did not go through the paypal process, the order is not complete and you can just ignore the invoices. If you made a mistake on your order and it did go through paypal, please just email me through the contact form describing the problem.
I RECEIVED MORE THAN ONE INVOICE. WHAT DO I DO? If you did not complete your transaction on paypal, just ignore the invoices. The only time you will be charged is if you have paid through paypal and you will know that you did because you will receive a paypal receipt showing your transaction.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We will combine shipping. When we weigh your products, add the $2.00 handling fee onto it and find that you have made an overpayment, we will refund the difference right back into your paypal account. On some items, when combined, there may not be a discount because there was no overcharge. We don't make any money on shipping. In fact, we lose money every time but we are trying to keep your costs as low as possible.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIME AND CHARGES: We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment through paypal. We only charge actual shipping plus a very small handling fee of $2-3.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Are you an international customer and you need to order? We do ship to selected countries upon request. We typically ship to the UK, Canada, and Australia. To order, please email me through the contact form and include the name of the product you want, the number of items you want along with the name of your country. I will calculate the shipping for you, send you an email with the total and then you can pay directly through Paypal.
How do you do this? It's very easy. You go to www.paypal.com and look for the tab that says "send money". You fill in the following email address:
maddunn@aol.com then you fill in the amount that you have received in your email. You then verify the information and click to send it. Your payment will show up in my paypal account. At that point, your order will be shipped within 24 hours except Sundays and holidays. Please understand that international shipping may take anywhere from 14-30 days on average.
REFUNDS: Please order carefully. Measure your spouts and your cups before ordering. We cannot give you refunds on anything that has been opened for obvious hygenic purposes. You would not want to receive a reused item for your baby and that's why we don't do it. If you have ordered the wrong item, you are welcome to return it within 3 days as long as you contact us first, have it in the original, unopened and sealed package. We will refund your money minus the shipping and handling charges. We can't refund those because we have already paid those charges to the postal service and they do not give refunds! Other returns are considered on an individual basis.
